Connecting the Dots: Steve Jobs

In his commencement speech to the Stanford University class of 2005, Steve Jobs addressed his own experience with connecting the dots in his own life. From dropping out of college, to creating one of the world's largest companies, Steve Jobs' life followed an unexpected series of dots and connections.

As he highlights in his speech, "you can't connect the dots looking forward; you can only connect them looking backward". Each journey follows a different path: some more straightforward than others. One thing that we know for sure is that each path is the right path and leads us to where we are today. Steve Jobs is right when he says, "you have to trust that the dots will connect in your future". Keep moving forward and the right connections will be made.
